sales forecasting, planning and actuals

Hi all,

How does one perform sales forecasting and planning in ECC? I understand there is SIS which will allow us to retrieve our sales actuals data, but how do we input forecasting and planning?

For MTS scenarios, he normal planning path is:

SOP (could be based on SIS) ---> Demand Management ---> MPS (optional) ---> MRP ---> Capacity Planning (optional).
