User be able to edit other information section under Account properties

Is there a way we can allow users to have edit permission to update their currency, time zone, date format etc... with out allowing edit access to Account Management & Security tabs

I have tried, allowing the user accounts --> edit access, but this opens up edit for Account Management & Security tabs, which is not what I am looking for.

There is a system property called upp.account.attributesEditList that allows you to control which fields on a user account can be editable.
