Trying to send Idoc via XML/HTTP

I try to send Idoc from ERP system with XML/HTTP Port using the SOAP protocol to SAP PI 7.3.

Target address is pi.hostname.net/sap/xi/engine/?type=entry port 50000

After sending I see the following error message in Idoc status:

The SOAP application was started in the target system. However, errors occurred in the target system, which mean that IDocs cannot be saved. The following error message was issued: Wrong SOAP Version

What is the problem?
