Hi All,
Stock is transfered from one plant to another plant under same company code, but still it is showing the status as "In Transit" in MB5T TCODE.
What would be the reason?
Please let me know

Mahavir

Hi Mahavir Patil ,
Have you done the MIGO process.Once you done MIGO in 2 step process the stocks will be updated in the receiving plant.Without doing the MIGO you will still find the stock in Transit.
You have to use the 101 movement type for Goods Receipt
Let me know if your problem is solved

Dear Mahavir Patil ,
First check it wether you are transferring the stock by 1 step procedure or 2 step procedure.
If it is 1 step procedure immediatly stock will be updated in next plant, the movement you have done the delivery(VL10B).
But in 2 step procedure the stock will be updated in next plant only if you do the MIGO .
This stock is in transit untill you do the GR(MIGO)
Hope it will fix your issue.
Let mwe know if you have any further clarifications.
Thanks&Regards

Are you doing that by transfer posting (movement types ) or by SD delivery?
Which movement type did you use?
Maybe you would have used 351. (W/O SD Delivery)
With 351, the stock will be in transit & you have to do GR (101 mvt type) in he receiving plant to see the stocks there.
If you are doing with SD Delivery, then do 647 ( 1 step) else 301 (1 step) {In 1 see, there won't be any 'in transit' stock)
Pls note that, STO can be done in many processes. Which exact process, are you trying?

HI Mahavir Patil,
--Check the stock in MMBE whether the receiving plant has received the stock. If it is Two step procedure you have to do the MIGO for updating the stock.
--If it is One step process the stock will updated automatically in MMBE
--If not you have to do the MIGO with reference to the Purchase Order in Receiving plant.
--Now check the Stock in Receiving plant in MMBE stock will be updated
Let me know if your problem is solved
