DB13 - Job Calendar

How Do,

I am trying to delete some on-line DB backups in DB13.

When I highlight a particular day and press the delete icon the message 'Actions have been deleted'

appears at the bottom of the screen. Which suggests the job has been deleted.

However, when I refresh the screen the job has not been deleted. I have now tried on numerous

times as well as trying DBACOCKPIT but I keep getting the same result i.e. the job is still there

The jobs I am trying to delete are definitely in the future i.e. 26,27,28,29th December this year.

Any ideas anybody?

Whats your SAP kernel version?... there was a reported problem with early releases of 700

In anycase you can check and/or delete the scheduled jobs on SM37

We are on SAP BAsis 700 patch 22 running kernel 5.10

I have deleted jobs in the past with no problems. Just seems to be a recent

wierd thing that is happening

I have managed to delete Wednesdays entry i.e. 28th but none of

26,27, or 29 !! Strange

If they are periodic try removing the job from the week before. and then use a non-periodic job to reschedule them

Hello Andy,

I guess you have selected the particular cell and clicked on delete icon in DB13. I just tried the same in my system and able to delete that without any issues. Please try again.
