I have copied the business role SOLAMNPRO to ZSOLMANPRO.I am unable to see the Incident,Task,Problem,Knowledge Management tabs under Create option in CRM_UI.I have already set it as visible in SM-create.Also I am unable to see the Master data as well.
What should i be doing to get all the tabs visible.
Also when I am unable to create new request in "Request for change" option
are you able to access workcenter
solman_workcenter transaction
can you see the tabs incident management
if so then click on the link IT Service Management .......request for change.....problem -
all are accessible here
NOTE YOU NEED BASIC WORKCENTER ROLES IN ADDITION TO SOLMANPRO

Thanks for the response.
I have copied the composite role SAP_CM_REQUESTER_COMP to client name space and created ZSOLMANPRO buisness role.
In solman_workcenter i can see all the required options but not able to create request.
In CRM_UI i am unable to see few option specific to SM-CREATE and i am unable to create request as well.
Is it anything to do with the business role i created?should I have to maintain anything additional in the business role other than the one mentioned in document

The composite i created has all the roles mentioned and UIU roles.
It is some change change to Business role that will provide the access.
The access work with standard business role.
If you have created business role let me know if there something specific i have to change to get that access
