Dear SDNs,
1.I am getting the alert emails generated in to microsoft outlook express, but not getting any alerts into alert inbox in Runtime Work Bench when exception triggered.
Not sure what is missing, or what config needed to receive alerts into alert inbox in runtime work bench.

I am also facing the same problem. No message was raised in alert inbox. How did you resolve it in SAP PI 7.1? Kindly reply please.

Are you assigned correct "Alert category" to Alert Rule in RWB waht was created Alert Category by using salrtcatdef.
