Use of SAP PS for new product price estimation

Hello Experts

My organization is not using SAP PS but we have a process of estimating price before launching new product without creating Material Master in SAP. Is it possible to use SAP PS for price simulation process?

We can use Adhoc cost estimate using easy cost planning in sap.
