ADOBE FORM Activation error

Hello Friends,

Can anyone help me?

while activating adobe form it is not getting activated but remain inactive status and showing following error.

SOAP FRAMEWORK ERROR:SOAP RUNTIME EXCEPTION: CSOAP TRANSPORT EXCEPTION http send failed with exception

communication failer(100.101).

what would be configuartion failed?.

My guess is that the Adobe Document Services server is down. Contact your basis team to have ADS checked out.
