Sign off issue in Process Control 3.0

Hi,

We have a issue with sign off planner for PC 3.0 , Where in "Perform sign off" option is missing under Plan activity. Please suggest.

Hi,

As told by matias above, this is seen in planner under certification. This authorization is only available to user having role 'SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_SIG_ADMIN'.

Thanks for the reply, It was authorization issue as pointed out, We provided FN_All authorization and it worked fine.

Have you looked in the correct planner? AOD and Sign Off plans must be launched in the Certification Menu, not in the usual planner.

Otherwise, could be a role problem. Maybe the user don't have permissions to see that plan.
