The verification of change documents for role assignements (new with rsusr100n) takes pretty long.
With [SAP Note 1648187|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1648187] the possibility to improve the performance is provided.
Nevertheless, regular archiving of the change documents is recommendable (not only for the role assignement change documents). Required information is provided with [SAP Note 419933|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/419933] .
