Hi Gurus
I have assigned digital signature for a document at a particular status.
When I am trying to save the doc at that status it is giving a message digital sign is required and when i am pressing the enter button once again its giving an error digital signature terminted and going back to the original status.
pls help me on this
I have done all the required SPRO settings for this
When system prompts with digital sign box you need to key in the userid and pwd first then only it will allow you to proceed.
Secondly , If the config set is Synchronus mode then system expects all the signatures to be completed before it sets the status
