Usage type Editable

Dear Friends,

I need to change Usage type in Rental Object. Initially I have created as Office with a material code.

When my client decide to change it as Resident, how to change it from office to Resident in editable mode.

Could you please guide me. I tried in Usage type filed status in SPRO, but didn't get result.

Usage type on RO is like Contract Type on Contracts, it cannot be changed once you create an RO. You have to close/Terminate this RO and create a new one with correct Usage type. It is one of the Key field which uniquely identify Rental Unit characteristics.
