SAP ME INITIAL DATA LOAD Error !!?

I finished sap me installation, and then to execute InitialDataLoad.bat to register the license, but display the error.

For some reason localized text for MULTIPLE_DATA_COLLECTION.DESC wasn't found. Could you please specify more details on what version of ME are you trying to install, were there any customizations and did you specified locale as described in Install Guide?

the sap me rvision is 5.2, and customizations.

And the Install steps all follow sap me Install Guide.

Sap netweaver ce 7.11 ehp 1 : 7.11.8

Sap me : 5.2.5

This is known bug in ME and workaround would be to remove OperationBO.idat from the %SCE_HOME%/idat dir, run InitialLoad.bat, place OperationBO.idat back, open ME, go to Site Maintenance and perform Reload Initial Data.

By the way, did you figure out what was the root cause for previous error?

Not able to set admin user password.
