External sap expert is auditing my company now ,they issue the words called "point of sales document",we confused together. can anyone explain what is mean,thanks ahead.
In general speaking, this include all document which you require to interact with customer. Like,
- sales order
- sales order ackhnowledgement output.
- customer invoice, etc.
