SRM 5.0 R/3 PO goes to Held status if method BBP_PO_CHANGE is used

Hi friends,

My prj has SRM 5.0 we have implemented BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI for SC changes by putting filter for SC obj type.

Now we need to control SRM PO but when we add filter for PO BUS2201 and use BBP_PO_CHANGE method. the R/3 PO goes to held status.

Any help why this is happening and how to resolve this? We need to change the SRM PO currency is there any other way of handling this?

Hello,

As far as I know, PO will be in saved status only if there is something which avoids it to be ordered, for example an error message.

When PO is created in held, are you able to edit it and check the document to see if there is any error?

Hi Ricardo,

Apologies for late reply. We were trying variuos things. But it is not working in our favor.

As far as errors are concern it gives below 2 errors

=>Select a location to which a plant has been assigned (Item 1)

=>Delete price or set 'Invoice Expected' (Item 1)

The same SC if approved when BUS2201 removed from DOC_CHANGE_BADI implementation is workign fine.

Any idea ?
