If You want to download manuals about SRM/MM please look at following link:

in menu on left panel click 'mySAP Bussiness Suite Applications/mySAP SRM/e.g. Using mySAP SRM 4.0'

On list check following guides:

Hi Jay,

For SRM & BW integration for different business scenario you should refer the resp config guide.

e.g for EBP and BW integration you can refer SSP (self service procurement) config guide.
