MDIS port issue - cannot bind port 59750

I am getting below message in MDIS log.

"Can't bind to port:59750 because another application is already listening to it."

Can any one help me understand, how to fix this issue.

I tried changing ports to 59752, it was listening. But i dont see the import server showing up in console in both cases (i.e. either for 59750 or 59751).

Hello,

Idealy the port number must be selected in intervals of 4 ie if you have 59750 you must select either 59754 or 50746.

MDM Guide says this cause, the adjust port are used for some internal activity performed by MDS.
