inactive substitution gets email notification

Hi,

we use some events from event schema SC (Shopping Cart) to send a notification email to our users. The problem is, that inactive substitutions get the email notification, too! But we only want to send the notification to active substitutions!?

Our system is SRM 7.01 with SRM Server Support Package 11.

Hi Benjamin,

Please check whether the inactive/passive substitute has manually ticked the option of getting approval email notifications which by default go to the original approver.
