sd70av1a program->No print preview and Spool request

Hi all,

I am using the sd70av1a program to print sales order documents.

The problem I face is following :

1 -I am not able to see the print preview of the documents(VA03 I am able to see)

2-When printing the spool request is not generated.

This happens only in Production system-In Quality system everything works fine.

What can be the problem?

First thing to check if the output is even being generated (it seems that it's not). If it's not being generated than that's the problem. The reason for output not being generated is usually either missing or incorrect condition records or missing configuration transport and such.

Check the output master record has been maintained in t.code VV12. If not maintain in t.code VV11. Also check whether any of the transport request pertaining to the print program is NOT moved to production system. If found, then transport it to production system.
