Hi,
For Customer Complaints, I have activated 655 mvt type in returns delivery and Inspection type 05. For the same inspection type I have also activated Notification Type Q1. Everything is working fine except the following in notification.
1) In Customer Complaint Notification-> Reference Objects Tab - The following data are not fetching automatically from returns delivery:
Reference Documents:
i) Sales Order No.
ii) Delivery No.
Contact Person address tab:
Contact Person address details
Message address tab:
Message address details
2) In Subjects Tab - The following data are not fetching automatically from returns delivery:
i) Sales Org.
ii) Dist. Channel
iii) Division
iv) Sales Office
v) Sales Group
Anybody please let me know that shall I have to apply any SAP notes to achieve the above details.

hi,
Better to Use F1 instead of Q1, for defect rcording point of view against the inspection lot.
if u use Q1 than deactivate initial screen frm Q1 notification type.
