can we done rebate satelment process before UD

Hi,

Requirement is :-

1) first GR will done against PO then material goes to QC inspection.

2) QC will check as per standard parameter range.

3) If material inspection found low result as per standard range.

Ex - standard parameter range - 2 to 5 but result found - 5.5 and we want to purchase that material with quantity rebate.so please let me is it possible in standard process.

Ex - 1) GR done - 10 qty with rate 100 Ru.

2) but in inspection result found poor quality but client want to purchase it with rebate on quntity means GR will done 95 qty so rate automatically reduced.

please let me process of above scenario.

hi puneet,

this scenario we have implemented in ma two clients,

For this u need to fetched the data in PO in cutomer field for critical MIC and their range maintenance, secondly u need to maintain the Z- table where u define the rebate % in combination with plant material and their specific ranges.

than u need to put user exit in MIRO, whenever the result parameters fluctuates from the defined ranges than MIRO auto debit the cost as per the rebate %.

If u need than i will give u that FM and EXIT for this maitenance.
