Do you run RSPO1041 on the system regularly to delete old spool requests?

SM36 - Default Jobs

you should schedule all those jobs for making sure basis tables do not become too big.

The TemSE (the storage for the spools) is not an archiving system. If you need those spool jobs you should archive them using an (external) archiving software.

Hi,

You need to ensure that following jobs for temse are scheduled and running daily.

RSPO1041 - Delete spool

RSPO1043 - Check spool consistency

In both the programs you can define the time frame to retain the spool request. For eg: Delete all spool which is older than 5 days.

Hope this helps.
