Data selection procedure 400 could not find any data

Hi ,

I am getting the Information message "Data selection procedure 400 could not find any data " while doing the Result recording of a inspection lot

Inspection lot status :- REL CALC

Inspection lot Origin :- 04 GR from production order

No user status active

This message i am getting in some inspection lot only

Kindly help me to understand the possible resaon for this message

hi,

u r using any copy inspection result like of thing, if not than please provide the Mssg number. and possible than check ur plan properly.

F9 i have checked, this prblm occurs when u using the Copy inspecttion result during RR in QA32, ma suggesstion is to checck ur config "Copy inspection results" in SPRO properly against inspection type "04", and than check ur qaulity plan, than execute it will resolve.

Hi Guru,

After Result recording is done then results will be coiped to batch record but not using any "inspection result or lot copy " as such

hi,

check ur inspection plan>In MIC> check waht u have mainatined, inspection results cpoied frm Previous inspection lot or some other indicators are maintained or not.

Hi Guru,

There is no indicator maintained for copying inspection result from previous inspection lot

02 SPRO : Make Settings for copy of inspection Results as below

Inspction Type : 04

Plant : 1100

Cont.Insp.Lot : Manual & Automatic Data Transfer

COnt.In RR : Manual & Automatic Data Transfer

Close : Tick

Origin TL : 02 ( Previous Inspection Lot )

Origin RR : 02 ( Previous Inspection Lot )

Selection : 200

Mapping : 200

Del.Days : Blank

I have made the changes as suggested by you to Inspection plan but that is not working

Please let me know the SPRO path for "02 SPRO : Make Settings for copy of inspection Results as below"

also i am not sure since i dont want result to get copy from last last inspection lot

The problem still there ..i am still getting the same message "Data selection procedure 400 could not find any data"

This is the same exsisting configuration

In some inspection lot only i am facing this issue

hi,

selection will be 300- Custom slecetion of inspection lot.or 200- Data from preliminary product.
