Directory structure of DMS/CS server

Dear All,

I have to install SAP DMS/Content Server on Solaris Server,

I came to know that DMS uses SAP Database (MaxDB)

kindly let me know what directory structure to be created in Solaris in order to install DMS/CS.

hi,

when we install sap ecc on solaris we provide the file system structure as

/usr

/usr/saP

/oralce/sID

.............

............

etc...

like wise what would be the directory structure for content server.

and what database needs to be installed,

pls advise.

Hi,

For content server directory structure on MaxDB, you simply create single mount point as shown below. Rest other folders will get created in this mount point. You need to create anything else.

/sapdb -> of some relevant size say 400 GB

Hi,

Content server support on MaxDB only. not any other database.
