is there any standerd way to make the pricing condition rounds from decimals to units e.g 30.667 to 31 not 30.7

please try to maintain in transaction OB90 rounding unit 100 for the involved Company/currency.
Then in pricing procedure place value formula 17 to the condition type.

There is no standard way of doing this.
You will have to use a routine for this purpose. Let me know if you need details on the routine approach.
