I am facing below error while taking brbackup of ecc quality system.

I guess you have done system copy and post that you are facing this issue.
Please apply new license on your QAS system. It should work then.

Please share the following
1) Env variables list for sidadm user on QAS system
2) output of command
select username from dba_users;
3) Before you check upon step 1 and step 2, refer SAP Note 361641 - Creating OPS$ users on UNIX
Follow the instructions in this note.

Hello, can you say you install oracle 11 using latest patch collection? Check your oracle version .
Are you execute sapdba_role.sql after system copy Note 134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role ?
Also check the permissions,owner and group for BR*tools per :
Note 113747 - Owners and authorizations for BR*Tools

After system refresh i am facing this problem.
Can you post how you do this refresh? Are you using oracle backup/restore method ?
If yes then as mr. deepakkori says you cant change the DB shcema, you need to use the old shcema name from your
production server.
If you use export - import then you can use new shcema . Regadrs.
