Hi,

I guess you have done system copy and post that you are facing this issue.

Please apply new license on your QAS system. It should work then.

What's the scenario ?

Refresh/Installation/Any other change in the system after which you faced this problem ?

Is the first time execution of backup for this system or was it working fine and you faced this problem just for this time ?

BR*Tools update might also help.

Thanks

Hi Manoj,

Please share the following

1) Env variables list for sidadm user on QAS system

2) output of command

select username from dba_users;

3) Before you check upon step 1 and step 2, refer SAP Note 361641 - Creating OPS$ users on UNIX

Follow the instructions in this note.

Hope this helps.

Hello, can you say you install oracle 11 using latest patch collection? Check your oracle version .

Are you execute sapdba_role.sql after system copy Note 134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role ?

Also check the permissions,owner and group for BR*tools per :

Note 113747 - Owners and authorizations for BR*Tools

Regards.

Hi Manoj,

Try to download the latest BR tools patch from the service market place and update the same. Restart the Database and SAP.

Let us know if issues still persists..

Hi Manoj,

Change the environment variable parameter

dbs_ora_schema=SAPGNQ to

dbs_ora_schema=SAPGNP

After this try again. It should work.

After system refresh i am facing this problem.

Can you post how you do this refresh? Are you using oracle backup/restore method ?

If yes then as mr. deepakkori says you cant change the DB shcema, you need to use the old shcema name from your

production server.

If you use export - import then you can use new shcema . Regadrs.
