Pricing arriving PR00 from statistical values

Former Member

Hi experts,

My client has a typical scenario.

my client,s customer sell material say Rs.5000 per Ton. That has some royalty amount say Rs.100. Net amount is Rs.4900. My client get a commission on Rs.4900. Say clients commission is 40% on 4900. It will come out Rs.1960.

In my pricing procedure i need Rs.1960 as PR00 and there are other discount applicable to PR00.

My question is how will i arrive at this PR00 price from Material price of the customer.

Material price - Rs.5000 (statistical)

Royalty - Rs.100(statistical)

Net price Rs-4900

My client share - Rs.1960(Pr00 -Required)

other discount given - Rs.60

Net price for billing Rs.1900

Please give me some input as to how i need to go ahead with above scenario in pricing

Thanks,

Aju

Hi, Try the below

100-> Material price - Rs.5000 (statistical)

110-> Royalty - Rs.100(statistical)

120-> Net price Rs- 4900

130-> commision-1960(120) 40% maintainig at VK11

140-> Gross amount->1960(130)

160-> PR00->1960 (140) Maintain as 100% in VK11 t code

170-> other discount given -60(160)

200-> Net price for billing Rs.1900(160-170)

my requirement i will explain again

Step 10 PR00 Rs.5000 Statistical No account Key (Value fro condition record)

Step 20 PB00 Rs.4000 Statistical No account key (entered manually) so PR00 become deactivate

Step 30 Sub- total Gross value Rs.4000

Step 40 K007 Rs.400 Statistical No account key

Step 50 Sub- total1 Rs.3600

Step 60 Z007 (40% of Rs.3600) Rs.1440 , Account key ERL and will be shown in sales order as the PRICE.

I want value in step number 60 to be calculated automatically in the sales order from PR00 after applicable discount.

Is it possible in pricing procedure to arrive a value as i described above, do i need to use any additional routine.

You have to create new condition types for this and your pricing procedure should be as follows:-

100:::ZMTP::::::::Material Price

110:::ZRTY::::::::Royalty:::::::::::::::100

120::::::::::::::::::::Net Value::::::::::::100:::::::110

130:::ZCOM::::::Commission:::::::::120

140:::ZPR0::::::::PR00 price::::::::::120::::::::130

150:::ZDIS::::::::Other Discount::::140

160:::::::::::::::::::Billing price::::::::::140::::::::150

Here, condition types such as ZCOM, ZDIS should have "X" for the field Plus/minus in V/06 and also these condition types should be treated as a discount. So in VK11, you have to maintain the required percent.

Hi Lakshmipathi ,

from below example as described by you will i get PR00 calculated automatically from the material price entered in condition ZMTP. I am getting struck here only. I went as per below formula.. but PR00 value is not getting arrived automatically.

140:::ZPR0::::::::PR00 price::::::::::120::::::::130

Please throw some more input if possible.
