User status not undone after system status undo

Hi everyone!

I have customized a user status profile, where CRTD, REL, TECO and CLSD system status have their own correlative, so that when each one of them is set, their corresponding user status is set. It is working fine, except for the undoing. If both system and user status CLSD are set, when I undo system status CLSD, it moves to TECO. But the user status remains in CLSD. I have allowd business transaction "Revoke closed" in the user status profile, but still not working.

What else should I do?

Set below Business Transaction

for CLSD( user status) - Revoke status "Closed" = Allowed(OK) and Delete(OK)

for TECO (user status) - Revoke status "Closed" = Allowed(OK) and Set (OK)

I tried to do what you say, but the thing is that the system only allow me to set the "Delete" option only for the user status without number. And in my case, all my status are with number.

Do you know how can I solve this?

In the above, it is said that User status are same as like System status.

what is "status are with number "

Yes, my user status are equal to the system status (CRTD, REL, etc). But in OK02, the system lets u define the status with a number or not, under the column "Status number". If the user status has a Status number (like mine) the system does not permit u select the "Delete" option. At least that's what happening to me....

Yes it is not there for Deletion button for Status with Status No.

Try through ABAP BAPI programme.
