Hi Guys,
I created my SC and it goes for approval. After approval, I can see that its not going to backend system. In the Application Monitor it says
'Shopping cart 0040000222 (PReq. 😞 BBP_BD 002 Buffer table not up to date'.
Here 0040000222 is the SC number. I've checked the system and found that I've maintained the PR number range in both Backend and SRM. I've maintained the PR type in SRM.
Can anybody let me know what is wrong here?

Hi,
Once u have run the report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP, please check all the queue in TCODE- SMQ1 and SMQ2.
Once u check and not found any queue than check in the T.code-BBP_PD for the BUS2121 and see the error wather ur SC is completed or some error is there.
Please revert if u not found any ans.

Your info is very helpful. I follow the instructions you have given. I started with a fresh SC. Then approved it. Then I run the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP report. Then I checked SMQ1 and SMQ2. There are some queues there but they are not related to SC. Then in BBP_PD I checked and found that the status I1015 (Awaiting Approval). there is a 'X' in the Inactive column against this message.
It means even after the approval, the status is still 'Awaiting for Approval' and its 'Inactive'. How to resolve this issue??

Hi,
Just to clarify few more things, I found the errors in the Application Monitor > Shopping Cart > Backend Application Error.
In BBP_PD I find the following:
Stats:
Status Description Inactiv
HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X
HEADER I1021 Created
HEADER I1038 Complete
HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered
HEADER I1129 Approved
0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process

Pls check if the job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is running properly.Also,you can check the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.If there exists an entry for ur SC no in this table,run the report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP for ur SC no.
