SBO Crystal error in SAP 2007

Hello Experts,

We've SAP BO 2007 SP01 PL05 in a 64 bits Server and we have Crystla Reports por SAP BO installed and was working fine.

After some windows upgrades on a Server that works as terminal services we have the next error when we want to connect Crystal reports:

SAP Crystal AddOn

Automation error

Library not registered

In other clients it´s working ok. We try re installing all Crystal report addon and SAP Client in this terminal server but still the same error. Have you had a similar error? I´ve check forums and SAP notes but haven´t found a similiar error.

hi,

you need to install the CRRuntime in each every client. the CRRuntime can be found in the Add-on Package. also a prerequisite .NET 3.5 must be installed in your Client PC.

Hi Liz,

Welcome you post on the forum.

2007 version support will be ending soon. Have you considered upgrade your version? New version has integrated CR that works better.
