OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO in Shop screen

HI experts,

We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 EHP1 given the EHP1 Employee role in both Portal and SRM system. When I click on shop screnn I am getting the fololowing short dump.

What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "/SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_MAP_META_INITCP" had to be

terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The issue is resolved by removing the authorization check for older versions.

Have you resolved this issue? I'm getting the same short dump setting up SRM One Client in our ECC system. The user has the /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE_EHP1in SU01.

Well, it points to the same role. But have a look at Note 1604194.

Could you please check is your component versions are compatible or if there is a version mistmach?

This dump can happens when there is a component version mistmach.

Hello,

The Dump might occur due to mismatch between the back end and portal roles.

In back end please assign /sapsrm/employee_ehp1

In portal please assign the EHP1 employee roles, details for the same are as follows:

Also check whether the required business function and customizing are maintained for the SSP scenario delivered with SRM 701.
