how to refresh workflow view in srm sc ?

I have a shoppincart which is rejected.

when I open the SC in the srm portal then the view shows that the sc is approved

when I check the workflow in SWIA I see that the sc is rejected.

Is there a method to somehow refresh the workflow so that the portal shows the same workflow again as I see in the qui ?

and what can cause the workflow views not to be in sync ?

it is also in some cases that the folllow on document is not visible in the sc.

the only message is: Follow-on Document Created

but the follow on document is not visible

I checked bbp_pdbei and there the t follow on document is visible for the position guid.

how can these workflows be regenerated towards the sc ?
