Dy. mod rule

Hi ,

I want to create Dynamic modification rule to be assigned at characteristic level. The specific characteristic for which The Rule has applied should skip for 30 days irrespective of no. of lots created. If the result is ok, it should continue skipping for next 30 days or if rejected should go to Nominal inspection for next 1 lot.

While creating rule with inspection sevearity 2 and skip button activated with no. of inspections one and skip duartion 30 days, systen not allowing to save. An error message appearing as enter inspection sevearity or skip?.

hi,

when u assign the DMR, system either will take inspection sevrities for it processing, or skip indicator.

in first line when u assign the initial stage than use inspection severity for calculation point of view. assign period if case is not ok/ok and than assign the stage in second line which indicates if case is ok than from where u want skipping of lot.

In a single assignment system not allows you to use both .

Steps:

1.Go to QDR1

2.Click on At lot level.

3.Go to Next screen

4.Say stage 10 , click on skip ,short text:5.Next line say 20,Enter seviarity say 4 ,click on seviearity ,Enter short text as say reject

6.select bot lines and click on stage change

No. of skips........999( you can change also)

New insp. stage :10

Skip duration : 30

Rejections 1

New insp. stage:20

for stage 20:

No. of Inspection : 10 ( say)

New insp. stage :10

Rejections 1

New insp. stage:20

SAVE

Apply this DMR @ char levle in Inspection plan
