Check the below command at OS level:
tp connect <SID> pf=
sapmnt\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL

Hi,
Any network drive involved ? if so, could be due to lack of permissions for I/O operations on files
over a network path. Check if users SAPService<SID> and/or <SID>adm are affected.
try call transaction AL11 and try to list the contents for DIR_TRANS

Hi,
Could you check whether following parameter is entered in the TP_DOMAIN_SID.PFL file located at /usr/sap/trans/bin
SAPEVTPATH = /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/sapevt ( sapevt.exe)
If not add the same and try again. It should work.
