How can the data(text) which has been given in the customer master can be copied to the sales order?
Hi,
This is because of customer number.which is maintained unique in SAP system.
Customer master is stored in data base tables.here customer number is Primary key in these tables.So that while creating sale order system will determine customer data after specifying customer number.This is standard system behavior.
Also maintain text determination configuration to the customer master in SPRO
Note:Please write Subject Relevant to your issue.here i confused You specified Material determination as subject and message about customer master.
Thank you,

This can be achieved by using the text determination not with material determination, {Material determination means swapping of material}
It is also done by using the condition technique
There are several text determination one is from master records, sales documents,Delivery documents and billing documents
Further information can be found in SAP help portals

Hi
Welcome to SDN Forum
If the text that has been maintained in customer master should get copied into sales order then it is possible through text determination.
NOTE : Kindly keep the subject similar to the issue as the subject is material determination and issue is on text determination

Srinath
