How to check System is EHP1

Hi All,

I have got in a serious confusion.

In my CRM System, When I go to System->Status, I see my system version as :

SAP CRM ABAP 7.0

But when I check my System's Support Package Level it shows:

Thus Basis, ABAP, PI_Basis and SAP_BW all have 701 Support Packages installed on the system.

So I am bit confused on CRM 7.0 How 701 patches can be applied.

and if my system is EHP1 - 701 then in system ->status why it is showing 7.0 version.

My kernel is 701_REL

Please suggest how can I make sure what is my System version.

Yes. Apparently there was only a technology upgrade done, maybe "forced" by using transaction SAINT.

You are running SAP Netweaver 7.01 with CRM 7.0 - I'd say this is an invalid configuration. Did you patch the system yourself?

Hi Markus,

Thanks for reply.

We have not patched the system ourself, This was done earlier by other persons.

Now we are getting request to Upgrade this CRM system to EHP1.

So we are confused what is correct system version, Can we apply EHP1 now.

Please suggest.

@Markus: CRM 7.0 is based upon Netweaver 701 release only. Only CRM component will be on 700 release. This is supported release.

@Shivam: CRM 7.0 with EHP1 means CRM component will be on 701 release and all netweaver component will be on 702 release. This is because CRM version is determined by CRM component not with basis release.

you already have EHP1 installed.
