Hi,

When I execute any tcode in SAP SRM or want to check any settings through SPRO it is directing me to Solman RFC and asks for user / password.

How can I check where this settings are maintained?

Thanks & Regards,

Hello Yogesh,

Please check if this RFC exist in SM59 for ABAP and JCo RFC destination for Java AS.

If yes, check target host and system number under Technical Settings tab.

Thanks,

This is not clear yet, you could put a trace to see what RFC is been called, also usually the connection between solman and the satellites should be a trusted one (depending on the operation been performed and if the user has the right authorizations).

First I don't get why Solman is been called by SRM for a simple transaction hence the info about the RFC should help.

Hi,

In sm59 I found sm_clntxxx_back and sm_clntxxx_trusted rfc and settings are maintained properly.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Juan,

Even I am surprised why this RFC is being called for simple transaction.

After entering user and password for rfc logon screen I am able to continue with transacaction.

But even if I skip this step of user and password without entering password it is allowing.

Only problem is it is continuously asking for each steps.

Thanks & Regards,
