Unknown Messages coming in SXMB_MONI

Hello Experts,

In Production server in MONI i am getting many red colur flag messages with no receiver found

with Sender Name Space http://sap.com/xi/APPL/Global2 and SENDER SERVICE INTERFACE ServiceAcknowledgementERPNotification_Out

How to fix this problem these messages are coming from ECC ? or from XI it self

Hi,

It looks like one of the settings in the below link needs to be disabled:

You would need help from your ABAP/functional counterpart to investigate where exactly this proxy interface is getting triggered from.

Is it interface working previously ? in production.

or

Is interface recently moved from qty to production?

-> might be that problem occurs with receiver determination if you are not provide receiver in rd or cache updates .

and

can i know that what is the scenario?

HI,

Actually regarding to that NAMESPACE and SERVICE INTERFACE nothing i have created in PI.Those messages are automatically comiong in PI moni.our system is new recently we have moved to Production.

once you need to check that "SERVICE INTERFAce" name are used in any other scenario.

I didnt used any where that service interface in PI i am seeing this first time i need to ask abapers where these proxy are trigerring.In Qual and DEV there are no issues only in PROD.

Above name space belong to standard content , check in your production system any predefined content imported in ESR.

Proxy program in ECC pushing message to PI, ask ABAPer r find your self the program and put in inactive mode.

For Quality and Production Technical systems in SLD has Erp related products are added

SAP ERP ENHANCE PACKAGE, SAP ENH PACK 4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 on GSP.S

SAP ERP, 2005 on GSP.SystemNumber.0020572647.SystemHome.seccdbci

Due to this red collour flags are coming in MONI? because when i compare in DEV technical system these products are not added only the products what ever i required that things are added.

If i remove those products any thing will be affected.Please suggest me.

execute the transaction code sxmb_moni in ECC, it would display the messages and check with ABAPer,he will fix it.

Hi Raj,

I am able to find the programme name in SMQ2 it is some standard programme using for other intarfaces but it is genrating the unknown messages sender name space http://sap.com/xi/APPL/Global2 and sender service interface ServiceAcknowledgementERPNotification_Out.
