SAP MDM data transfer to HCM

Hi Experts,

As you already know that HCM repository availability in SAP MDM similar to Customer master (SAP ERP), is it possible to to maintain (Create, update and deactivate) employee data maintenance centrally? Is standard solution supports, if not is there way I can achieve?

Hi ,

I dont think we can maintain Employee master centrally. You can consolidate the Employee master using SAP MDM standard repository for Employee master.

Refer SAP Note no 1268212 on service.sap.com . this shall provide you more details on the same.

Hello,

Dont know abt standard solution are available or not but you can, device a custom solution with custom IDoc's in the ECC system, to upload the data from ECC, and vice versa.

Similar logic for the Function Module can be coded for Inbound in ABAP, that will take care of Creation, updation and de-activation. You can use BDC or LSMW to develop your Inbound IDoc.

Accordingly you will have to create Interface in PI so that your using MDM Adapter.
