Diagonostic Prerequisite Error

Dear All,

As i am in the configuration phase of solman 7.1 sp03.

As my system preparation and basic configuration is done while doing the managed system configuration i am getting the

error in Diagonostic Prerequisite.The agent is in offline state.

As i have switched on and off the Maintenance mode again in Agent Administration.

Kindly help me regarding the same.

I have checked it in services,it is showing me in the active status.

Is this the right way to check?

If it is Windows, then yes , in services.msc and in MMC

If it is up, restart it and then try managed system configuration

Hey,

I have restarted the agent,but whenever i am connecting the agent through managed system i am getting error as

Access denied by Managing system
