Archiving Storage location error

Dear Experts :

We want to archive storage location data .

First , we empty the stock in each stock location .

Second , mark deletion indicator for each storage location (MM06)

Then we use MM70 to archive the storage location data .

But there are some errors occur when we archiving.

If the storage locatons are used in SO or reservation , we can't archive the data .

The message is

MARD: XXXX XXXX use in Sales and Distribution

MARD: F130 WTET reservation / dependent requirements exist .

I want to know if it is possible to archive those storage location data or that just SAP standard limit .
