Customer return Inspection

I enabled 06 inspection lot for customer return inspection.

But it is not stock related, my client asking for stock relavent inspection lot for customer return,

How to proceed please advice..

hi,

Activate inspection type 05 in material master and use Mvt type 655, this will take ur material return directly to QI stck and lot is available for ur stk posting and RR.

Hi

While ding return process, Is your stock coming back to the plant.

If yes, activate insp. type 05. Create Quality plan for the the same with usage 5.

Once sales people do the PGR, stock will appear in "Return Coulmn". Then do one more transfer posting for this batch with moveemnt type 457. The stock will come to quality where u can do the result recording & post the stock wherever you desire.
