Attachment size issue in email sent from SAP

Dear all,

Now we need to send a document bigger than 2M size to user's mailbox, but everytime the user just could recieve a part of the entire document that the size is only just 2M.

So could you please help to analyze it and tell me how to fix this issue?

Have any relate parameters need to be set ?

It's very surprise, it's successful when I send the attachment size bigger than 3MB by T-code SBWP,

but if I send a report bigger than 1M by background job , I just could receive 1M size file.

So I really feel confused now, any guys could help me ?

Hi,

Set the parameters in the table SXPARAMS with transaction SM30.

The Parameter are

MAXLEN_BODYPART_ALI_SMTP

MAXLEN_BODYPART_OTF_SMTP

Thanks for your reply, I have set the two parameter in SAP system, but I still could recieve 1MB size document from

the SAP system.
