Undelete sales order

is it possible to bring back the sales order that already deleted ? How ?

Dear Arif

You can however view the deleted sales orders in AUT10 transaction. Give Tcode : VA02.

Hi

Normally we assign REASON FOR REJECTION at Sales Document header instead of deleting.

If you want to use that sales order you can Remove the reason for rejection and you can process for further.

You can't retrieve the sales order if it is deleted. You can retrieve the sales order, if it is archived. That is why, one must advise the user to put reason for rejection in the sales order (to cancel), instead of deleting a sales order.

if there were NO subsequent documents and you deleted it using VA02

then record from VBAK was deleted

no way to restore it
