Please advise in which transaction , we can see which date a project was set to TECO?

use t-code SQVI, join the tables PRPS and JCDS. It will show the details of wbs wise & status wise dates.

We donu2019t have any transactions to see the projectu2019s when the status was changed ( I mean time & date).

There is no standard report for status wise & date wise reports for Projects in PS.

Develope a Z report.

Hi,

On cj20n once select WBS/proj defn. ->click on system status 'i ' icon then -> Extars->change document->all-> double click on system status you want to see detail.

Use TCode CN60 to view change documents for multiple projects. You will get additional line items for every change and therefore will need to filter your results based on your requirements.

Please also ensure whether change document has been activated for the respective project profile (for further details search the forum on change documents).
