Live Cache Data not coming in Generated Cube - No Request Generated

Hello ,

There is data in Live cache as we did planning in planning books and saved it.

we created Datasource on the planning area but when we pull records through Info Package "no record comes".

We noticed that in generated Cube no request was generated.Any suggestion what can be the reason for this?

Is there any job which we need to run or anything we are missing.

Use transaction RSA3 in APO and check if the data is getting extracted from the live cache. If it does then you can check your process chain and see which step of the extraction has issues

That is whole issue. We are getting Zero records when executing from RSA3 as well but in planning book we can see records.

So what can be the reason for this?

Hi Mayank, sorry, one basic question - are you using some selection criteria during extraction? If yes, then try extraction without the selection criteria.

If you maintain selection based on, let's say, material, you need to use the right number of zeros as prefix (based on how you have defined the characteristic for material) otherwise no records would be selected.

Is this relevant in your case?

One more option is to try to repair teh datasource. In the planning area, go to extraction tools, select the datasource, and then choose the option of repair datasource.

Hi Mayank,

Check your datasource properties . You can do it by going within the planning area and chosing extraction tools from the dropdown tabs.

Have you selected do not bring data records for any KF being zero ? In this case, if any KF is zero then the entire record is not brought..
