Change log missing Old value and New value

Hi GRC Experts,

I have implemented GRC SPM 10.0 and it is working fine as a firefighter, when i run the job for log sync i was able to see the transaction log, but i was unable to see the changes , here is example

If i change user type from Dialog to Service, It should show the old value is Dialog and new value is Service.

Could you please help me, if i miss any configuration or do i need to activate any settings in plug-in system/GRC central system

Have a look at this notes:

Not all changes are logged. Do you have problems with other transactions also?

Hi Diego,

Yes i do have problem with other tcodes, If the change some filed in HR tcode PA30, The change values are not reflecting in to Log report, It is reflecting only program name etc...

The table ( GRACCHANGELOG) on GRC central system is filling empty values on fields VALUE_OLD & VALUE_NEW, all other fields are fine.

Thank you for the information, I have requested SAP to check the change user type error, It looks like code error after debug the application.
