Dump in report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK_SE: Timestream generation error

Hello,

I'm trying to run the report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK_SE in our Solution Manager, but whatever selection I make, it always fails with a RAISE_EXCEPTION dump. The exception condition is TSTREAM_GENERATION_ERROR, and I believe it is related to timestream CRM0000011, which cannot be generated. I've also tried report ZZTSTRREGENERATE from note 1421812, but it cannot generate the timestream either (it says: "Timestream (CRM0000011 ) not generated for year 2011").

Running report ZZTSTRDELE from note 169885 doesn't change anything.

Can you advice me on how to solve this issue? Thanks for your help.

Perhaps SAP Note 1421812 - Report to automatically generate all time streams

thanks for your reply, but maybe you didn't notice that in my original post I mention both of the notes you suggested. In fact I've read them both, implemented the suggested code, but they didn't help.

Do you have any more suggestions to give me? Thanks again, ciao.
