Generate System-level Metrics error Solution manager 7.1 SP3

Hello everyone,

During Managed System Configuration (Solman 71. SP3) at step 8 ( configure automatically) I have an error:

The remote call for the generation of of system-metrics templates failed
		Details
	The remote call for the generation of of system-metrics templates failed
!! Exception : Unexpected exception.(cause=java.lang.ClassNotFoundException com.sap.sup.admin.setup.SetupStep)
		Exception
	com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.exception.P4BaseRuntimeException: Unexpected exception.

Wily Intrscope [ version|http://pokazywarka.pl/ir2tz7/] is 8.2.3.5

Any ideas how to fix this problem ?

Apply the patch level 1 of the LM-SERVICE 710 SP03?

This should resolve this error.

Hi,

I run in the exact same problem with the same configuration.

Introscope enterprise manager is running and all previous solman_setup steps were OK.
